Okay, so, like, as much as I am enjoying these three+ hour morning workouts we’ve been doing, they are slowly killing me. Jess and I are turning in to such grandmas wincing every time we move. I’m just going to go take a scolding hot shower for the next couple of hours. And by that I mean I’m going to nap against the wall until all the hot water runs out.
